NatureManufacture's River Auto Material 3 For Unity Is Out Now

R.A.M 3 comes with sea simulation, waterfall tools, fence system, heightmap painting on lakes, rivers, and more.

NatureManufacture, a team of experienced developers, specializing in high-quality nature assets and advanced systems for Unity and Unreal Engine, has just released R.A.M 3 or River Auto Material 3, a newly rebuilt and extended version of R.A.M 2019 and R.A.M, which has been on the market since 2014.

The pack allows you to design advanced rivers and lakes, seas, waterfalls, and swamps with flow maps, create roads and paths, and carve terrain and textures on it, automatically under the splines. At its initial release, R.A.M 3 only supports HDRP and URP, with Built-in support coming in a few weeks.

Aside from Built-in Render Pipeline support, the roadmap includes underwater effects, sea physics based on sea waves, sounds spawner, stylized shaders, mobile shaders, automatically placed particles with SDF, more advanced VFX particles, and tutorials covering every aspect of R.A.M 3, two of which you can check out below:

R.A.M 3 includes several system parts such as River, Swamp, Road, Lake, Sea, Waterfall, and Fence, all enabling users to save read setup via profiles, manage spline height via painter, split and connect multiple times, generate cascades, or just bump spline in specific areas, speed up or change direction, customize and randomize, snap to terrain or any 3D mesh, generate cliffs, pipes, walls, road borders, stairs, stair borders, pavements, curbs, and many more.
