3DF Zephyr 6.5 Released

The photogrammetry and 3D modeling software integrates ArtEngine, introduces Orthophoto Editor, features a new system for creating camera animations, and much more.

3Dflow released 3DF Zephyr 6.5 – an update for its photogrammetry and 3D modeling software.

The new version integrated Unity’s material authoring tool ArtEngine, so you can now use it directly inside 3DF Zephyr.

The update also features Orthophoto Editor, which allows you to edit and improve regions of orthophotos that require recomputation.

There are also new animation options, which help you automatically create videos of your 3D models.

Additionally, Zephyr 6.5 has a new preset that optimizes computation time and accuracy for vertical structures in 3DF Zephyr’s Structure From Motion system.

There are other improvements like the option to export scans in the USD format to use in VFX or game development pipelines or a new tagging system. You can see the full list of changes here.
