A Great Ocean Animation Made With UE5, Niagara & The City Sample

This amazing project was inspired by the 1993 Myst.

3D Artist and UE enthusiast Steven Bongers, a.k.a. Metatrox, has made a stunning animation, inspired by the 1993 puzzle adventure Myst. The animation features a beautiful ocean environment with gorgeous buildings located all around and is powered by Unreal Engine 5.

According to the artist, the towers were made by using the tops of The City Sample's buildings. For the ocean, the author utilized the Cinematic Ocean asset, available on UE Marketplace, and added splashes in Niagara. Additionally, the author used Megascans to get smaller assets and Lumen for lighting.
