The present and the future of the Max Payne creators.
So, how is Remedy doing? The official post states that Remedy Entertainment Ltd. ended its fiscal year 2016 with a revenue of €16.4 million, a year-on-year revenue growth of 19.4% and an operating profit of €3.9 million. The numbers were generated with the help of Quantum Break and Max Payne creators’ other games.
What’s next? First of all, Remedy said to be working on a sequel to one of the most popular games with the Korean publisher Smilegate, the one behind long-time success CrossFire.
But here is something more interesting. Remedy is also developing a title codenamed P7. The game will be created with the help of Northlight technology for a wide range of platforms, including PlayStation 4.
Over 20 years on the top of the global gaming industry is a great milestone achieved only by few other independent game companies. Our new board members bring solid experience from both gaming and financial industries and help us in executing Remedy’s growth strategy and to succeed also in the future.
