Cubebrush is excited to host Art War 3 Heroes vs. Villains – their 4th international art competition! Title sponsors, Wacom and IAMAG are ponying up HUGE prizes — with a Mobile Studio Pro going to the top artist in 3D and trip to Paris for the IAMC 19 Conference going to the top artist voted by the community!
Along with a $1500 cash prize, Marmost, Allegorithmic, Zbrush, Corel are among other top sponsors each offering killer prizes!
Artists will be tasked with designing their vision of either a Hero or a Villain for their character in the 2D or 3D category. They must also be shown using their superpower. Being a community building event, artists are also tasked with showing their progress on the Cubebrush community forums.
Art War 3 begins November 15th and ends January 6th. The judging by a panel of industry veterans will begin thereafter. There will be five winners in each category that will be announced the first weeks of February. Public voting for the trip to the IAMC 19 conference will begin after finalists have been announced.
