Cheap art will be just that. The true value lies in commitment and hard work. This is just a tool and without a creative mind operating it the results will hold no magic. Did photography kill painting? I think both are doing and developing rather well.

Let’s have a look at another amazing talk from 4C Prague by Adrien Thierry from Arkane Studios.

The talk is an overview of the way the team created assets for the levels of Dishonored 2 at Arkane Studios. You will learn how they plan their creation process on a big game project which has a specific art direction within a team of many artists. The artist talked about following this artistic vision with some cool examples in a game production context.
