Game Science has released a 13-minute gameplay video showcasing its RPG game, Black Myth: Wu Kong. The plot of the game is based on the Journey to the West mythology and brings us to the oriental martial arts. In the game, players can use a handful of abilities given to their characters to go through the journey successfully. In the trailer, we find out about an old mythological story about Buddha and another mysterious character with no certain story of him.
The trailer includes gameplay footage from the pre-alfa game version. The game will be available on PC and consoles, the release date is to be announced.
Game Science is a Chinese indie studio founded in 2014 by ex Tencent Game staff. The studio has previously worked on 3 titles, Art of War: Red Tides is the most well-known of them.
