Well, small/medium intuos pro is way cheaper that iPad Pro + pencil... just saying... And it works better with ZBrush...

Senior Concept Artist II
The senior concept artist II will have the core responsibility to lead a team of concept artists to create project defining finished artwork that expands on the inherent charm and whimsy of Hearthstone’s art style. This may include anything from a new card back, a board for the latest expansion a piece of user interface, or a mood painting that defines the emotional intent of an expansion or feature. The role requires a strong sense of caricature and design, color theory, mastery of character design, composition, architecture and the ability to define and expand the Hearthstone style.
Create project defining artwork that maintains and furthers the look and feel of Hearthstone both in and out of the game environment. Collaborate closely with the art director to maintain a consistent vision. Provide feedback to the team in order to ensure the art department produces artwork at the expected quality level. Assist the Production and Art team in coordinating art tasks.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating concept or illustration artwork for animation, film, or video games Strong understanding of distinctive Blizzard Entertainment visual style and a fearless ability to explore a wide variety of ideas that push the Hearthstone style to the next level Experience in managing small teams of artists and helping define the culture of both the game and the team itself A proven ability to visually solve problems in collaboration with the broader game team including art, design, engineering, and production Demonstrated ability to generate and iterate on artistic ideas quickly Demonstrated ability to produce final illustration quality production paintings Expert understanding of traditional art methodology including light, form, composition, and color theory
