Insight Editions is getting ready to publish an art book dedicated to the works of Eric Guillon.

From Despicable Me to Minions: The Rise of Gru, Illumination’s hit films have been based on the playful and visionary designs of French artist Eric Guillon. This new art book collects over twelve hundred pieces of the artist’s work across eight films, showcasing concepts done for Gru, the Minions, Dr. Seuss’ Once-ler, Sing’s Buster Moon, Max from The Secret Life of Pets, and more.

You will learn about the artist’s creative process and get a chance to study alternative designs for the lovable Minions. The book also features in-depth interviews with Guillon and a foreword by Illumination founder and CEO Chris Meledandri.
