CGTrader invites you on a journey to the animation world. Discover the new unseen or newly reimagined characters that look like they stepped out straight from an animated movie. CGTrader has chosen the highlights of the Cartoon category, take a look:

Shortly about the CGTrader Awards

Users can choose from six different categories to submit their artworks: Character, Cartoon, Environment/Scene, Sci-fi, Fantasy and Photorealism. Up to five different renders can be submitted to one category.

The prize pool is rather impressive – there are licenses of Cinema 4D, Modo, 3D-Coat and KeyShot, plugins and other tools, online rendering credits and even a 3D printing pen – in every category the prizes are above $4,000.
