A Reddit user VincentAalbertsberg shared their prototype.
A Reddit user known as VincentAalbertsberg recently showcased a demo of their physics-based vehicle creator developed in Unity. This tool provides a simple and user-friendly interface, allowing you to customize and design your own machines and test them in action.
As the creator revealed, they started with the free Transform Gizmos from the Unity Asset Store as a base but rewrote much of it to meet their specific requirements. "To be honest, the 'editor' part of this prototype was by far the most surprisingly complex, as you have tons of edge cases and subtle behaviors you just don't think about when you use an editor", said VincentAalbertsberg.
