Cobra Kai Creators Are Making A Duke Nukem Movie

The legendary game hero will visit big screens.

Hollywood Reporter reported that the old-school shooter is getting the "feature film treatment". The project is being managed by the team behind the Cobra Kai TV show.

Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg (creators of Cobra Kai) signed a deal to produce the film for Legendary Entertainment, the company which previously released Godzilla and Dune movies. The project is also produced by Jean Julien Baronnet, who worked on the Assassin's Creed movie.

The story from Hollywood Reporter says a search for the right writer is "underway" and they are now seeking the right director. You can find the original story here
