Florian Croquet released Coiffure, a new tool that will help you deal with real-time hair and fur in Maya.
The tool is said to simplify the Xgen real-time workflow for games, providing a strand library with a large variety of pre-made strands created with Xgen.
It will let help organize and create textures in Arnold, quickly place and adjust haircards, adjust all UVs with the Coiffure’s UV template system. Please note that it is based on an interactive and non-destructive workflow. You can also share and use files and projects with friends and colleagues across a mutual network.
