How is the Clovers sit on top between tiles? for mine, blend modes doesnt seem to be working... they follow the height of the tiles which results in extreme distortion of clovers following the height changes of tiles

Andy has also shared the .hda file for you to understand the workflow. You can get it here. Do you have some questions? Then head to this thread. The final setup features following nodes: having nodes: file->headus_uvlayout1->headus_uvlayout2. You could probably try to use just one ‘headus_uvlayout’ node instead of having two similar ones. What are your thoughts on this?
