The demo for the prequel of Resident Evil 2-inspired Daymare: 1998 will be released in February.

Check out the demo trailer of Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle – the prequel of Daymare: 1998. It will be a part of Steam Next Fest, which starts on February 21, 2022.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a third-person survival horror game where you play as agent Dalila Reyes and have to explore an experimental research center full of never-before-seen creatures. Unveil secrets of the past solving puzzles and using innovative and technologically advanced weapons.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle will allow you to get a closer look at some of the characters from Daymare: 1998, which came out in 2019. The original game started as a Resident Evil 2 remake but later became a stand-alone IP. Resident Evil 3: Nemesis director Kazuhiro Aoyama and Resident Evil artist Satoshi Nakai then also joined the team.
