Dead Island 2 Has Sold 1 Million Copies

Dambuster Studios and Deep Silver announced that Dead Island 2 has sold one million copies in just three days after launch.

The game was first announced in 2014 but had difficult development and was eventually given to Dambuster to work on. The final version got a release date at gamescom 2022. The developers say it had to be made almost from scratch.

 Dead Island 2 was released on April 21. The PC version has a Metascore of 75, PS5 – 74, and Xbox Series X|S – 76.
