A surprise announcement from the creators of Infinity Blade, shows a new virtual reality project, with some interesting gameplay features.

Ninja Theory describes DEXED as an on-rails shooter for the HTC Vive. In this game you travel through a dream shooting enemies with two blasters, which fire fire or ice. The game is not really big. It’s got 4 worlds to travel through, a final boss in the end and there’s a leaderboards to climb.

DEXED was created during the internal Game Jam a few months back. 10 teams were competing with each other, building experimental projects with Unreal Engine 4. DEXED was the finalist in this competition. DEXED was actually developed in 2 month by a small team of 8 people. While it’s not the most original title out there, but it does have great visuals and some interesting gameplay mechanics.
