The team offers to experience the first two acts.
Blizzard will run a technical alpha test for Diablo 2: Resurrected's single-player on PC this weekend. The company noted that a limited number of sign-ups will be granted access. The test will end on Monday, 12th April.
The test will offer players to play as one of three classes: Barbarian, Amazon, and Sorceress, and experience the first two acts. There will be no level cap, but you can't keep your progress for the final game.
Another thing to note is that the technical alpha can be streamed, so other fans will still have a chance to check out gameplay.
