Fan-Made Metal Gear Solid for VR: Complete Map Demonstrated

An artist behind the VR version of MGS Nick Mcghee has shown the complete map of Shadow Moses.

Last year, an Artist and Game Developer Nick Mcghee a.k.a. Vapor Cephalopod rebuilt some of Metal Gear Solid in VR. According to the author, the entire project was made just for fun in Blender and Unreal Engine and is constantly updated. Yesterday, Mcghee demonstrated what the entire map of the Shadow Moses complex made for the VR version of the game looks like behind the scenes. The map is a seamless, continual structure and looks absolutely stunning.

On Mcghee's Twitter, there's also some gameplay footage taken right there, on this map. You can check out one of the latest videos below.

Pavlov VR has a Shadow Moses map in the steam workshop. It has working elevators and the full map up to the tank battle field. Even has functional mines. Not only is it fully playable and fleshed out but you can fight other people In it. I like to load it up with a 57 pistol and put a suppressor on it.
