Find Your Friend Lost in a Dystopian Decayed City in This Game

First announced in 2022, Hollowbody, a tech-noir survival horror created by Headware Games, is now available on Steam and GOG.

The game is a third-person horror inspired by Silent Hill 2, 3, Kuon, and Rule of Rose. It is set in a long-abandoned, decayed British city sealed by suffocating walls that appeared after the collapse. The narration follows the story of Mica, an unlicensed black market shipper who has lost her partner and desperately wishes to find her but ends up stuck in the exclusion zone. You need to find your way out while fighting for your life, solving environmental puzzles, and managing limited resources.

The game gives off somber, mundane vibes of the abandoned dystopian city and provides the players with cinematic gameplay featuring a movie-like mix of dynamic and fixed camera angles and full voice acting.

Players who enjoy exploration rather than combat will also like the game, as it focuses on narrative, exploring the degraded city, and logic puzzles. The developer also promises the players "post-game unlocks and features."
