Ghostwire: Tokyo Delayed to Protect the Health of the Dev Team

Tango Gameworks now plans to release the game in 2022.

Tango Gameworks revealed they decided to reschedule the release of Ghostwire: Tokyo which will now be launched in 2022. A new Twitter post claims the decision was made for safety reasons.

"We want to get the game in your hands as soon as possible so you can experience the unforgettable version of a haunted Tokyo that we've been hard at work building," the team says.

"At the same time, we're also focused on protecting the health of everyone at Tango. Our new release window will give us time to bring the world of Ghostwire to life as we've always envisioned it."

The game was revealed at E3 in 2019. The original plan was to launch the game by the end of 2021. Don't forget to join our new Telegram channel, our Discord, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we are sharing breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
