Those animations look amazing!! Great job!
Very cool review of the making of Spellbreak. Would be even more cool to see some videos inside UE4 showing how they do a few very specific things unique to them.
This was so helpful for me. I'm hoping to adapt your tutorial to pull off something similar comparing modern satellite imagery with historical maps. No topo, so my steps should be simpler, but I'm a novice with Blender and you've really helped. Thanks!
Travis Davids, an artist known for his clothing works, has presented a new short animation project. The artist has mixed Daz, Mixamo, photogrammetry techniques, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Cinema 4D, Octane Render and Adobe Premiere Pro to create a fake trailer for a horror game/film called “HIDE”. One of the key things here is that the interior is 1oo% scanned, but the artist also altered and prepared his own textures for some rough parts.
A fake short trailer for a horror game/film called “HIDE”. I usually never do disgusting designs but I’m a huge fan of the horror genre and practically played every resident evil game and I loved the Last Of Us and The Evil Within.
HIDE is a very short animation showing some infected feasting on some remains. Please also listen to the audio on the clip as it enhances the visuals.
The interior was actually 100% 3D scanned but I also altered it and supplied my own textures on parts i thought looked too rough. I obtained the scanned mesh from FLS on gumroad. It just felt like a perfect location for this disgusting monstrosity.
What are your thoughts on the animation? Would you love to see a film or a game like that?
