Check out House Flipper, a neat simulator developed by Empyrean and published by Frozen District and PlayWay S.A. that will put you in the shoes of a one-man renovation crew and task you to buy, repair, and resell old abandoned houses to turn in a profit. The game will allow you to completely redesign interiors by bashing and smashing walls with a trusty hammer and then clean furnish said interiors the way you see fit using a variety of tools including a paint roller, window cleaner, plaster tool, mop, and more.
