Interactive Demolition Stress Test in RayFire
1 August, 2018
News

Mir Vadim has shared a video of his stress test for an interactive Demolition mode in RayFire that revolves around a new object/modifier-based dynamic simulation workflow. The video shows a single object turning into 37 fragments with a depth level of 3, leading to 63,700 pieces at the end of the simulation. The artist used 7Gb of RAM and spent a lot of time, so it is not optimized yet.

1 Object demolishes to 45 fragments with depth level 3.

63700 fragments at the end.

Just a stress test for Interactive Demolition with new object/modifier based dynamic simulation workflow.
