Join Marmoset as a Customer Support Guru

Remote job with flexible working hours and no strict requirements.

The creators of Toolbag, Hexels, and Viewer, are looking for a support specialist to join the team of Marmoset.

Here are the responsibilities of an entry-level paid position: 

  • provide customer support via email and message boards
  • triage and document customer feedback 
  • assist with product testing 

The company prefers working with individuals who have both ideas and opinions in good supply. 

Qualities of an ideal candidate

  • firsthand knowledge of Marmoset software, both Toolbag 3’s and Hexel 2’s feature sets
  • eloquent writing abilities
  • politeness
  • a minimum of 15-20 hours available each week
  • experience with WordPress
