Larian Studios, the team behind Divinity: Original Sin 2, appears to be teasing Baldur’s Gate 3. The studio shared a teaser on the company’s website which first made us think about the third part of Divinity: Original Sin 3, but thanks to some HTML snooping by Twitter user kunkken makes us think that it’s actually Baldur’s Gate 3!
The original Baldur’s Gate trilogy, which concluded its story back in 2001, may be one of the best role-playing game series ever made. It was all about brilliant design and writing.
Developer Beamdog, the one behind enhanced editions of Baldur’s Gate and other games, had teased Baldur’s Gate 3 a number of times, but we have never actually seen anything. Will we see Divin a new one from the developers of Divinity: Original Sin 2? That would be the best thing ever!
