With this tool you can use Point Lights, Spotlights, Cookies, CubeMaps, Shadows, Tri-Color cookie effects, Animations, Rotations, Pulsations. The packages come with over 106 FREE Cookies and 14 FREE Cubemaps to use with your lights.

You can download this editor for Windows and OSX. Quite a nice little tool for game developers, trying to work with lighting. It’s not the newest middleware out there, but it’s worth having a look at.

LightMixer and Utopia9 are different things. This article makes it seem like they are included with each other and they are not. Light Mixer is a free stand alone tool, and Utopia 9 has a BASIC LightMixer version inside it
