You can download this editor for Windows and OSX. Quite a nice little tool for game developers, trying to work with lighting. It’s not the newest middleware out there, but it’s worth having a look at.

LightMixer and Utopia9 are different things. This article makes it seem like they are included with each other and they are not. Light Mixer is a free stand alone tool, and Utopia 9 has a BASIC LightMixer version inside it
