Laura, thank you for taking the time to model the warehouse boxes. I appreciate the enginuity. This could be used for games but as well as that, for businessmen to help showcase floorplans and build site images to their co-workers and employees. I highly respect this level of design. Best Paul.

Haha.I can understand English. I am just not good at speaking. It has been a long time I don't speak English, but I can read. Anyway, thanks for sharing my artwork. Thank you for loving it.

News

Quixel has just announced the public beta release of Megascans, which is one of the world’s largest online scan resources. It grants developers access to thousands of standardized and physically based surface scans, vegetation scans and 3D scans. A real treat for environment and texture artists.

There’s also a complimentary line of standalone art tools: Megascans Studio and Megascans Bridge. These will help to easily mix and customize surface scans, and export them to game engines and renders. Be sure to check out these product videos as well.

Megascans is a massive leap forward for scan-based pipelines. It exists to make working with advanced scan data fun and easy, solving important issues like consistency, quality and speed in production. Developed in association with industry professionals from major studios including ILM, DICE, The Mill and MPC, we are thrilled to finally release this collective effort that is Megascans to the public. The first beta wave unlocks a substantial part of the Megascans natural library (as recently showcased in Disney’s The Jungle Book), with more waves coming during the course of the beta, including organic and hard-surface scans.

Megascans is a really affordable product. The access to the library is granted from $19/month for hobbyists, to $29/month for freelancers. Of course, there are additional options for studios and indie teams. New scan-based desktop tools are available for developers at no additional cost.
