Netflix's New Resident Evil Got the Worst Audience Score in the Series on Rotten Tomatoes

Surprisingly, it has the highest critics' score there.

Netflix's new Resident Evil show aired on July 14 and already got tons of feedback, and not very favorable. On Rotten Tomatoes, for example, it got the worst audience score out of all adaptations, with just 25%, which is much lower than the previous "outsiders" – Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and Resident Evil: Afterlife.

Surprisingly, critics on the website thought differently, and Netflix's series got the highest score from them among all other parts – 50%.

On IMDb, Resident Evil got 3.6 out of 10, which is not great as well and makes it one of the worst-rated shows on Netflix.

Resident Evil tells the story of Jade Wesker, who, fourteen years after a deadly virus caused a global apocalypse, fights for survival in a world overrun by infected creatures while being haunted by her past, her father, and what happened to her sister, Billie.
