The game is a free-to-start beat-‘em-up available for download for Android users in Australia via Google Play. The game’s iOS version and full worldwide release are coming shortly.
You’ll play as an adventurer tasked who needs to discover new islands and the various Pokémon that inhabit each area. You will overcome the hordes of enemy Pokémon that stand in your way. Tap the screen, and partner Pokémon will rush in and attack each oncoming wave. There is a chance one or more of the Pokémon will befriend a player so that you can use those Pokémon in future battles. Each island adventure has Super Boss fights and with the chance to get items that power up their Pokémon.
The game is said to feature hundreds of different species of Pokémon with the chance to meet Legendary and Mythical Pokémon! There’s a hint function that can display the Pokémon that inhabit an area. Also, when you view a map of an island, you’ll see some hot air balloons passing by sometimes that will let you encounter Pokémon that they haven’t found before.
