Tab / Spacebar

Users can now call up the node list in the graph by pressing either Tab or the spacebar.

Flow Highlight

The new Flow Highlight function is said to allow users to see all the parent nodes connected to one selected node.

What is more, the ‘Select Parent Node’ function is now faster.

Badges

The team has also added badges to your nodes. In the graph view, a user can now see which node is displayed in the 2D View, which is in the 3D view, and which is displayed in the Properties window.

Want to see the graph without these badges? Deactivate the function!

Graph Search Tool

Users can now search by labels, tags, function variables, as well as by a node’s UID.

When are they going to let you register local variables in the graph editor? Kinda similar to Amplify, Shader Forge and maybe even anchors in Painter. Graphs just turn into a mess with Substance Designer.
