Here’s the list of the most anticipated videogames for the upcoming holiday season. Call of Duty, Halo 5 and Fallout 4 are the leaders so far.
The levels of anticipation were measured by Nielsen Game Rank for the period between October and December 2015. The researchers defined the most popular games, that are most awaited by gamers. The results of the research are presented in this image.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is on top of the multi-platform list. Bethesda’s Fallout 4 is also among the leaders, as well as Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. These games will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Electronic Arts also has a couple of projects on the list, including Need for Speed (92%) and Star Wars: Battlefront (88%).
Among other anticipated titles are Halo 5: Guardians for Xbox One, StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void (PC), Anno 2205 (PC), Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (PS4) and Code: Realize – Guardian of Rebirth (PS4). Most of the games are published by big companies. No indie titles are mentioned by Nielsen.
