Check out the beta version of a new web-based 3D painting app called PaintCube created to work on almost any modern device. The tool lets users paint onto 3D models using familiar tools and features Photoshop-style layers to blend and mix textures. There is also a customizable material system to edit model’s shaders and you can export the finished textures for use in other tools or in Photoshop format for further editing.
PaintCube is rental-based ($7 per month or $50 per year). You can also test a free 14-day trial. Learn more here.
