PlayStation 4 Pro Announced

Sony has finally announced it’s newest console, which features 4K resolutions and HDR support, improved CPU, GPU, faster memory and 1 TB HDD.

After several leaks, Sony Computer Entertainment has finally announced the newest version of its PlayStation 4 console. The new hardware system is called PlayStation 4 Pro. It’s not meant as a substitute for the exsisting model. It’s more of an addition for players, who really crave for that 4K experience. And it’s got much better specifications, of course.

PS4 Pro has doubled GPU power, technology adapted from the AMD Polaris architecture, which allows the console to run at higher resolutions. CPU clockspeed has also been boosted significantly. Hard drive is increased to 1 TB. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Infamous: Last Light, Shadow of Mordor, and Horizon Zero Dawn, Watch Dogs 2, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, For Honor support the new features of the hardware. A bunch of other games will be getting patches to support this product.

Releasing this November for $400. Sounds like we need to buy PS4 all over again.
