Reloaded Games bought Hawken

Reloaded Games, the company behind APB: Reloaded, acquired the rights to PC F2P-game Hawken.

Reloaded Games, the company behind APB: Reloaded, acquired the rights to PC F2P-game Hawken. Developers are introducing a number of fixes to the game. The original owners of the product have been silent about the game for more than a year.

I’m pretty excited to now be able to announce that Reloaded Games is the new owner of Hawken. It’s a seriously great honor to be a part of the Hawken story, and I want to see it thrive.

Reloaded Games will fix some bugs with password reset system, forums and backend.

The original creators of Hawken – Meteor Entertainment – closed its Seattle office in 2014. Developers consolidated their forces in its Los Angeles studio.  The company’s CEO Mark Long (former Blacklight Retribution) stepped down from his position.

F2P online mech shooter Hawken launched in 2012. The game successfully made it into Steam via Early Access.
