The studio, managed by Jen Dennis, will work on multiple virtual reality experiences.
RSA Films, co-founded by Ridley Scott, has launched a new virtual reality studio called RSA VR. Members of the studio will focus on the production of VR, AR and mixed media.
The studio will be managed by Jen Dennis, who has contributed to The Martian VR Experience as a co-executive producer.
I think VR is one of the most exciting areas in the industry today, with potential to influence how we consume content for generations to come. I enjoy everything from assembling teams and forging partnerships to create, distribute and market VR content, to having an ongoing informative – and often inspirational dialogue – with colleagues in the space. I consider us in a unique position to undertake this with RSA’s talented roster of directors.

The first VR project will be developed with the help of Twentieth Century Fox’s FoxNext and Technicolor’s MPC. It will take you to the world of the upcoming Alien: Covenant. A little is known about the upcoming experience, but it stated that Scott himself will be executive producing.
RSA is also trying to create ideas for the next VR projects with different directors: David Karlak, Robert Stromberg, Aya Tanimura, Juriaan Booij, Michael Muller, Henrik Hansen, Jordan Scott, Luke Scott, Jake Scott, Daniel Kragh-Jacobsen, Ben Mor, Andrew Hines and Shynola.
