What a shame EA! Fuck off, i go to steam :-)
Since you are open to discussion and critics i would suggest you to use less aggressive language when you are on the internet. I would try something like, "Hey Cem, this is great material and thanks for the article. As far as i know from 80lvl Facebook group you can improve the performance or you may consider dropping the price. Keep up the good job." It doesn't have to be the same words but this kind of attitude would lead to a softer conversation because your intention will be clear.
@firstname.lastname@example.org Is there any link or video for the cheaper solutions that you mentioned before? Please share them. I haven't seen any cheaper, faster, HD, loopable and adjustable "normal map" flipbook video that you said in your first post. I would be happy to compare the results in realism.
So a couple of weeks age, we’ve made a little report about the Bunker game, an online multiplayer project, which features some beautiful pixel art. So while the developers were working on this title, they decided to make a little side-project – a remake of Dangerous Dave In the Haunted Mansion.
The main idea was to make a quick pixel art project, which sort of works like a total conversion of the game from id Software. This new platformer, should have worked as a sort of a free promo for the Bunker project and a test polygon for some gameplay ideas. Unfortunately, the developers couldn’t have come at terms with the holders of the IP, so the project was canned.
The team wouldn’t release the project as a separate independent game, not related to ‘Dave’. So these screens are actually all we’re going to get. Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion is also known as Dangerous Dave 2.The game was released in 1991. It was created by with the help of the Shadow Knights engine. The game was published by Softdisk Publishing and was successful enough to have a couple of sequels.
