Showtime is an action anime short film that gives off an old-school vibe. The film takes place in the artificial world where government and society are only a construct of A.I. At first, we see a futuristic city with skyscrapers, and, then, a girl getting up in a skyscraper and facing a robotic enemy on the 126th floor.
One of the most fascinating features of the short is the timing of the music and animation and impressing motion graphics made by Andrew Hawryluk. Maciej Kuciara has taken the role of director, animator, and has worked on editing together with Ash Thorp. Maciej has over 15 years of experience. Carpenter Brut took care of the music while Pilotpriest was responsible for the sound.
