I like the render quality, look very realistic and well integrated with the plate Physics are quite fucked up in that sim, the shuttle goes trough the building as if it was air, the shuttle should get totally designated by the impact Also the full simulation seems to go in slow motion while the cars and people moves on real time The ground destruction looks cool too, and the concept is interesting

Fight back your adult problems in a new nostalgic part-life-simulator being created by Pamplemousse Games.

This is a mature, emotional story about finding one’s path in life. In the game you will play as Johann, a discouraged young man feeling pressed by responsibilities. You gain the ability to enter the Kid World and fight back the problems as your childhood self. The action takes place in 2 different worlds:

  • Adult World – make decisions that will affect your day, build relationships with family, coworkers, and friends.
  • Kid’s World – fight back against the Spleen and renew hopes and dreams by finding forgotten memories.

“We combine traditional 2D animation and hand-painted watercolor backgrounds to give the game a unique nostalgic look. Although we’re not against using some tricks of technology from time to time!” – says Pamplemousse team.

Here’re some gifs showing the gameplay:

Take a look at the short video showing the process of creating game decorations:

At this point, the team was able to collect 1/3 of their set goal. You can find much more information and support the project on the page of their official Kickstarter campaign.
