Stylized Better Call Saul Fan Art in Blender

Julien Gauthier has recreated a shot from Better Call Saul's new season.

Art Director at ILM and Blender enthusiast Julien Gauthier has recreated a shot from Better Call Saul's new season to test stylized/NPR rendering in Blender. According to the artist, the project consists of simple Blender models and, as the artist put it, "around 40 shaders". The scene's plants and rocks were made by the author using Geometry Nodes.

And here's the original shot from the series:

In case you missed it, Julien is also working on a procedural building generator that will allow its users to create any type of house they want and customize its looks, number of floors, windows, roof, doors, and smaller details. The upcoming tool was announced last week and is being developed using Geometry Nodes. You can learn more about the generator here.
