Derjyn it is really hard to understand your motivation of commenting. I bought the material and it *highly* satisfied my needs. Also the seller is really helpful, I was'nt able to run it in 4.18 he fixed it in minutes. If you really want make something really productive create your material and than release an article here.

Angel Fernandes released the full graph of his fully procedural stone floor material generated in Substance Designer. The pack will help you figure out the full process, featuring a number of comments and examples. 

A fully procedural Material created in Substance Designer and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. 

You can get the full Graph (.sbs) on Gumroad.

You will follow the process of creating the material through its complete and ordered Graph, with comments and examples.

Includes

  • Full Substance Graph with explaining comments, examples, and tips.
  • .sbs File (With its dependencies, in case they are necessary.)
  • Textures in PNG File Format. (2048×2048) This is only as a presentation since you can re-export the textures from Substance Designer in the format and resolution you need (and the software allows).
