If you ask about How you can create SSS2 texture in substance i Think the best place you can ask in is Substance Painter forum ,Your second question about How to load this texture in Maya Vray with “Substance Painter Importer”?
-Unfortunately you can’t because it’s the first version of “Substance Painter Importer” so it only supports Arnold.later i will add more renders like Vray and RedShift


How to texture for SSS2 in SP and Export them to Maya Vray?
