Taiao: A New Procedural Tool For Generating & Animating Plants in C4D

The tool is being developed by Insydium and will soon be available as a part of their Fused bundle.

Insydium, the developer of high-end plug-ins that are used by both Freelance Artists and Hollywood studios, has unveiled Taiao, a new procedural tool for generating and animating various plants in Cinema 4D. The tool will be released as a part of Insydium’s Fused bundle and will allow artists to create stunning trees, plants, and grasses for any project of their desire.

The software comes with three useful sub-tools called toPlant, toTree, and toGrass. toPlant can be used to procedurally model any plant, from shrubs and flowers to big fruit trees, in a matter of minutes, toTree enables you to fill volumes with non-intersecting branches and leaves, fantastic for motion graphics shots, and toGrass gives you the ability to generate grass or any scene object onto geometry. Multi-instance support speeds up the viewport scenes, keeping load times quicker and lighter.

Insydium hasn’t announced a release date for Taiao yet, but it is certain that the tool comes as a part of the company's Fused bundle. You can learn more about Taiao and Fused here.
