Have a look at Abandoned Factory, a detailed The Last of Us-inspired 3D environment created by Freelance 3D Artist Nico Bartelt.

Created as a side-project in the artist's spare time, the scene was set up using a combination of custom-made modular assets, modeled with Blender and textured in Substance 3D Painter, Megascans, and photogrammetry techniques. Additionally, the author used Unreal Engine 5 for rendering and lighting.
