The Prettiest Indie Game of E3

Shedworks’ Sable, an upcoming game that was first shown at E3 2018’s PC Gaming Show, is something else.

The game itself looks like some kind of a graphic novel, with a stunning color palette and thick black outlines for the environments. Sable will let players become a young wanderer named Sable on a foreign planet. The whole game world is a large, empty desert with some rare structures. Basically, this might be the prettiest indie game we’ve seen in years.

The main hero will meet people to feel a little less lonely. That’s it for now. We’ll have to wait for 2019 to play the game. Sable will hit Mac and Windows PC. It will also visit consoles, but the game’s publisher Raw Fury hasn’t give specific details.

It is totally Moebius' style, I hope they atleast tried getting him to work with them at this project just for respect.

This is clearly inspired by Moebius' work... A shame it is not explicitly said because their DA is 100% Moebius.

They said in a interview that were mostly influenced by the franco-belgian school of the "ligne claire". Indeed, this looks so much like Moebius.
