Topaz Simplify is a very nice photo-editing program, which sort of does something similar to Prisma for iOS. The program combines four key areas:
1. Edge tracing

2. Details
Independently adjust smaller image detail to add interesting textures with finer control.
3. Large image features
Create an artistic base for your work by removing unwanted image elements. One of Simplify’s most magical features.
4. Original enhancement
Make the final result look more natural by intelligently merging it with parts of the original photo, which is also enhanced.
