Alt click on a node connection automatically disconnect it from the other nodes. And there is some nodes which can be easily summoned by pressing a key and clicking at the same time. Like B+click will place a branch, and S+click a sequence.

If you're willing to compile it, Aseprite is a great option as well.

Tutorial: Animated Screen in Marmoset Toolbag
13 February, 2018

Bryn Felton-Pitt has shared a quick guide to setting up an animated screen in Marmoset Toolbag 3. The artist showed the way he created a nice screen for his Apple 2 computer prop.

I had a few questions about how the animated screen worked in the Apple 2 computer prop I made, so I made a little tutorial.
Hopefully its clear enough, but if you have any feedback let me know! Cheers.

But the texture used for the screen display is actually from the GUI for the Fairlight CMI, a (really) early digital sampler from the 80s.
