Lovely work ! You mentioned "When lighting the scene, I used Light Functions to create the illusion of light passing through clouds, thus lighting the environment unevenly" do you think you could show what is the setup to get such a precise result ?(meaning highlight the area you want?)

Amazing art. I'm curious how the rocks manage to be such a natural part of the terrain! It really looks like they have been there for ages.

Have a look at a three-part guide to recreating the Burrow, Weasley’s family home from Harry Potter by Rafael Chies. The artist discussed all the essential steps and showed the best ways to use Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and other tools.

The video tutorial I’ve made with the support of Wacom, showing my workflow to make the Weasley’s home, from Harry Potter is online! It was divided into three parts and it’s more or less one hour long. I hope these videos can help you in some way to clarify how I use to work on my projects and please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions!
