Unreal Engine Short Film Challenge Australia announced its 16 finalists and showcased their works.
The challenge had over 1,800 participants with the majority of them having no experience in using UE4. In this case, these participants received free 2-week training before giving their ideas. 16 of them received funding in $20,000 AUS to create a short film in 6 weeks. The winner, Cassini Logs, received $60,000 AUS as a grand prize.
