Jack. First of all, I want to apologize for offending you. We published this just to show how the tech could be used. We don't actually care about the message. But you do bring up a viable point, that for some people - this might be an issue, so I take this post down.

How about you don't associate with a left leaning partisan news site assuming all video game artists lean the same way. I'll be blocking your content from here on out.

Unreal Engine 4 Available for Windows 10 UWP
1 August, 2016

Unreal Engine 4, one of the most popular and powerful game engines out there, is now available for Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform (UWP). Microsoft has released the source code on GitHub as a fork of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 4 repository.

Get to UWP fork by following this link. If you see a 404 page, complete the following process:

  • Create a GitHub account.
  • Sign up for the Epic program
  • Follow the instructions to associate your Epic Program account with your GitHub account.
  • Join the Epic GitHub Org (from the email invitation you receive after Step 3)

This project is community-supported, with periodic updates from Microsoft’s Xbox Advanced Technology Group (ATG). You can join the discussion on the Unreal Engine forums here or, if you’re the Xbox program partner, ask questions there.
